Conditions of Booking and House Rules

  1. Upon making a reservation, the customer confirms that they have been made aware of these terms and fully accept them, making everything listed in these terms a legal obligation for both the customer and Villa Ilijić.
  2. When making a reservation, the customer must provide all information required for the reservation process.
  3. To make a reservation for accommodation at Villa Ilijić, a deposit of 35% must be paid when making the reservation. The remaining amount of 65% will be charged on the day of arrival and the start of the accommodation service.
  4. A refund of 50% of the deposit, minus bank service charges, can be requested if the reservation is canceled 61 days prior to arrival at the accommodation. If the reservation is canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
  5. A security deposit of 150 EUR is charged upon arrival for the purpose of ensuring against damage to the apartment or its equipment.
  6. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure if there was no damage to Villa Ilijić's property.
  7. If the customer does not arrive at the reserved accommodation by midnight on the start date of the service and has not notified Villa Ilijić (service provider), the reservation will be considered canceled and the cancellation fees will be calculated according to Articles 3 and 4.
  8. In case the customer wants to change the date of a reservation made by their request, it must be done in writing via email.
  9. The service provider will, based on available options, confirm the change of reservation and inform the customer of the new reservation conditions.
  10. If the reservation change is not possible and the customer requests cancellation, the reservation cancellation conditions in Article 4 will apply.
