Payment and other

A deposit for the accommodation at Villa Ilijić can be made through a bank transfer to our account, which we send you in the offer.
The rest of the accommodation payment is to be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation.

Check-in - Check-out:

  • Check-in at the accommodation is possible on arrival day from 16:00 to 23:00.
  • Check-out from the accommodation must be done on the day of departure by 9:00 a.m., except in the pre- and off-season until 9:30 a.m.

Tourist tax:

  • According to the applicable Law on Tourist Tax in R.H., the customer is obliged to pay the tourist tax, which must be included in the cost of the accommodation.

Accommodation price:

  • The accommodation price includes the service as described in the offer.
  • The accommodation price is published in Euros.
    Villa Ilijić reserves the right to change the published prices considering possible various market price changes.
  • Customers who have made a deposit for a specific accommodation reservation, Villa Ilijić guarantees the accommodation price indicated in the offer, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances of price increase in the market, a change in price may occur, and the customer will be informed in advance before arrival at the accommodation unit.
  • If more people come to the reserved accommodation unit than indicated on the reservation confirmation, Villa Ilijić has the right to deny the service to the designated customers, or if possible, accept all customers with an additional charge for the use of the service.

Obligations of the customer:

  • The customer is obligated to:
  • Have valid travel documents and provide them to the owner of the accommodation for tourist check-in.
  • Observe the house rules, and upon arrival at the accommodation unit, familiarize themselves with the house rules and cooperate with the service providers in good faith.
  • In case of non-compliance with these obligations, the customer bears the costs and is responsible for any damage caused.
  • By confirming the reservation, the customer is obligated to pay for any damage caused during their stay.
